I hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Years Eve and spent time with their families and loved ones. As the new year begins lets hope that it is a prosperous and rewarding year for the Nashua Elks. January we are starting our monthly dinners at the Soup Kitchen here in Nashua. We still need volunteers to prepare the food in our kitchen and also to serve at the Soup Kitchen, contact Sherrie Michalewicz or sign up at the lodge. We will be serving meals every month through December. We have lots of great events before the year ends, come down and support your lodge and if you haven't been to a meeting recently we meet on the second and fourth Monday's, hope to see you there! Elections for officers are held in February, the first meeting is nominations and elections are at the second meeting. We will be filling the following positions: Exalted Ruler, Leading Knight, Loyal Knight, Lecturing Knight, Tiler, and 5 year Trustee.
